Screw compressor is increasingly favored by the market and applicated widely because of simple structure, less wearing parts, high reliability advantages. Because process screw compressor’s manufacturing technology and processing level are improved constantly, it’s application field is expanded constantly. Synchronization for the realization of process screw compressor lubrication and screw compressor development needs to improve process screw compressor lubrication oil’s quality. Therefore, the project studies screw compressor lubricant basing on sulfur dioxide gas compressed medium, promoting the comprehensive properties’ renewal of sulfur dioxide screw compressor oil. Project from the screw compressor working principle and structural characteristics, analyses lubricating requirement of screw compressor and elaborates the using present situation of compressor oil both at home and abroad and the level of process screw compressor lubrication oil, especially the importance of sulfur dioxide screw compressor oil, and develops the feasibility of the special oil. The development process is divided into four parts as follows.Firstly, determination of the base oil for development. In this project, through the investigation of sulfur dioxide gas dilution degree to different base oil, taking the antirust property of base oil and wear resistance into account, and ultimately adopts poly alpha olefins(PAO), oil soluble polyether(OSP) and class II base oil as the base oil for research; The composite base oil has ability to depress sulfur dioxide dilution, and takes excellent thermal oxidation stability, wear resistance and anticorrosive properties performances.Secondly, the determination of additive and additive’s amount. The project from the requirements of developing the performance of the oil, through the experiment, inspects the sense performance of different additives and composite base oil; The research process adopts a series of methods, such as uniform design, mixture ratio test, Matlab nonlinear regression analysis etc, to develop experimental design and analysis, and determine the adding scope of additives.Thirdly, optimizing of formula. To reduce the development process and reduce development time, the project, combining the entropy weight method with the principal component analysis method, empowermenting for the scheme of developing oil complete formula, and basing on the theory of fuzzy mathematics, establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, determines D6 as the best plan for development formula. Composition: composite base oil, viscosity index improver, detergent, dispersant, antioxidant, antiwear and extreme pressure agent, corrosion inhibitor, defoaming agent, demulsifier.Fourthly, the reseach have analysis of the whole formula performance, the developed oil is tested by the corresponding physicochemical performance testing and simulation performance testing, the result shows:the developed oil has many characteristics, for example, good low temperature flow performance, small bubble tendency, and prominent thermal oxidation stability, abrasion resistance, antirust etc; The performance index of developed oil is better than its technology requirements, meeting the special conditions requirements of sulfur dioxide screw compressor.
