| In this paper,the study is the application of microemulsion on the extracation of metal.The microemulsion system of Triton X-100/n-butanol/n-heptane/water/sodium hydroxide solution is used to extract Zn2+ã€Cu2+ and Co2+.The best technology condition of extracting the separated zinc and copper and cobalt was determinate : Triton X-100: butanol : n-hept are: water: sodium: hydroxide: P507: sodium hydroxide = 2:42:1.7:1.8:0.7:0.8(Volume ratio).The concentration of sodium hydroxide was 1.9 mol/L, the p H value of water phase was 2.5, the ratio of volume between microemulsion and external water phase was 1:4,Na Cl dosing quantity was 0.5 g(external phase 20 m L). Bath temperature was 60 ℃, and the extraction time was 3 min. The best extraction rate of zinc was 87.6%, and copper and cobalt was 12.3% and 7.9%. The separation coefficient of βZn/Cu and βZn/Co reached 50.4 and 82.3,The separate effect of zinc and copper and cobalt was satisfactory.Secondly, The separation of copper ions and cobalt ions by the microemulsion system of Triton X-100, the microemulsion system of Triton X-100 and P507,the microemulsion system of oleate and P507 microemulsion system have been studied. The microemulsion system of Oleate/n-butanol/P507/sodium hydroxide solution/n-heptane is used to extract Cu2+ and Co2+.The best technology condition of extracting the separated copper and cobalt was determinated: Oleate : butanol: P507 : sodium hydroxide solution : n-heptane = 0.2:10:0.8:1:1(Volume ratio).The concentration of sodium hydroxide was 1.8 mol/L, the p H value of water phase was 3.5, the ratio of volume between microemulsion and external water phase was 1:4,Na Cl dosing quantity was 0.5g(external phase 20 m L). Bath temperature was 50 ℃, and the extraction time was 4 min. The best extraction rate of copper was 92.7%, and cobalt was 9.5%. The separation coefficient of βCu/Co reached 120.9,The separate effect of copper and cobalt was satisfactory.Finally, the extraction separation of smelting slag of actual samples by We have obtained the microemulsion. The experimental results show the extraction rate of zinc was 87. 6%,copper was 91.3% abd the cobalt was always very low, only 9.1%. |
