In order to evaluate the present situation of the production logistics system more quickly and accurately, we need to take man, machine and environment into consideration which is based on the principle of human factors engineering, which constitute a typical Man-Machine-Environment System. Whether the system can be normal will directly affect the personnel safety and machine performance.Firstly, we analyze system requirements and determine the efficiency factors that are need to be monitored after a large number of literature search and field investigation, which includes micro climate, noise, lighting environment and human body and the intensity of labor. There are temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, atmospheric pressure in the micro climate module; There are carbon dioxide, oxygen levels in the air and smoke in the air composition module; There are precision and integral noise in the noise module; The efficiency factor of ambient lighting module is real-time illumination; There are blood pressure and heart rate in the human body and the intensity of labor module. Secondly, we design a detailed module of mobile monitoring platform and develop the PC monitoring software. Finally, we chose to a actual production and processing workshop for system debugging. During the experiment, instrument/sensors which were installed on the mobile monitoring platform were carried out for data collection of efficiency factor and data transmission through RS232 serial port line, monitoring software that is based on Lab VIEW has succeeded in realizing data real-time curve display, user management and data printing, etc. By comparing and analyzing the three sets of data, the results of real-time collection show that the monitoring system under the condition of man- machine-environment in the production logistics system is reliable and stable, it has achieved the intended target.The main research results of the project have three aspects, the first one is that we have built a mobile monitoring platform which was based on the software of Solid Works. The second one is that we have chosen 11 kinds of instrument/sensors for detecting 12 categories of efficiency factors. The third one is that we have developed the human machine interaction which was based on the software of Lab VIEW. On the one hand, the research results can be used to monitor environment in production logistics system, on the other hand they can also be used in the industrial engineering, human factors engineering and other related professional experiment teaching.
