The existed precursor chemicals management supervision and management system, which realizes the management work on network level, adopts B/S architecture, thus greatly improving the collaborative work efficiency of enterprises applying and police approving in precursor chemicals business. However, because of the limitation of the system running platform, it makes the real-time supervision and management of precursor chemicals difficult. Therefore, it is in great need to set up a comprehensive real-time mobile supervision and management information system for precursor chemicals.With the appearance of portable mobile phones, i Pad and other mobile devices, OS like Android、IOS and Windows CE has taken up most market proportions. This system adopts Android as the developing platform for client and Zxing 2-dimension code scanning technique and exchange technique between internal and external network for the inquiry and handling of applying and approving business. Finally, the real-time supervision and management of precursor chemicals based on mobile devices is implemented.This thesis aims at dealing with the problem of the current system’s being unable to make the supervision and management at any place and any time. And it puts forward a solution of supervision and management information system based on mobile devices. After analysis and design of the system based on Android&J2EE, it implements real-time inquiry and approval work of certificates for precursor chemicals. The system is tested on a thorough level and formally put into practical use in Hebei and Hunan province. It fulfills the supervision and management work on a comprehensive level and improves the police supervision and management efficiency.The main work involved in this thesis is as follows:1.Blend Android with J2 EE platforms for the implementation of mobile supervision and management of precursor chemicals.The client uses Android OS, suitable for the police staff working for the supervision and management of precursor chemicals. It mainly provides users with relative inquiry and display of certificates information and processing of purchase and transport certificates of precursor chemicals. The server takes the object-oriented J2 EE platform, adopts the SSH enterprise framework and accords to MVC design pattern. In this way, it can achieve the business logic process of certificates inquiry or approval and data operation on database.2. The Android mobile and current Web end are in the same style in interface. It combines the Android components and reference to the resources information as well as the XML and HTML layout files for the interface display.3. This system adopts account password and IMSI bounding identity recognition techniques according to its own features and security requirements. Besides, on the basis of Zxing technique, it designs a module for the 2-dimension code recognition function apt for this system.4. The exchange technique between internal and external network ensures the security and precision of data in police network. It makes a flexible use of Android Web View components, Achart Engine icon library and Async Task asynchronous class for the implementation of information asynchronous process and diversity of user interface.
