Yeyahu municipal nature reserve is the most typical wetland ecosystem in Beijing. By using the ways of monitoring combined with romote sensing, the thesis analyzed the comprehensive ecological quality assessment in different anthropogenic interference zone from the whole and different functional areas at Yeyahu, so that it could put forward for its protection and countermeasures. The analysis used the Analytic Hierarchy Process to build the index system, and with the field survey data to determine the five evaluation indexes — Shannon diversity, vulnerability, fractal dimension, landscape contagion and landscape cohesion degree. And then the author established a comprehensive evaluation model. Moreover, in the 1995,2006 and 2014 sensing images, the author used Delphi to determinate the weight of each index data, and put them together to calculate, then finally got the comprehensive assessment and evaluation level diagrams. By comparing the analysis of experimental results showed that:1.The water area of Yeyahu decreased more. And the road area was decreasing with the establishment of nature reserve.2.The ecological quality became better as the temporal and spatial variation. And the protection and management of Yeyahu was done very well.3.The sustainable asymptotic states of the low, moderate and strong interference zones containing natural areas, inferred by the division of functional areas were 0.52,0.54 and 0.58, and which in the regions of anthropogenic intervention was 0.62. But the sustainable asymptotic states which directly obtained by the whole protected area in the low and strong interference zones were 0.58 and 0.62. Currently, most areas had reached the maximum of the anthropogenic disturbance. From now on, Yeyahu can maintain or reduce the anthropogenic interference suitably, so that it can restore the self-regulating mechanism.4. The intermediate disturbance hypothesis in landscape diversity applied only to the area containing natural states. In the future, the temperature, precipitation, soil properties and continuous data for other years should be improved again to comprehensive study and perfect evidence.
