Mixing mining, transportation and reinjection processes(MMTRP), have been widely used for produced water in different layers, in Yanchang and Changqing Oilfield. But during these processes scaling has become the most important problem in most oilfields. If the produced water come from different layers mixed, mined and transported together or as the injected water, without compatibility test, will lead to a large number of scaling and corrosion in pipeline and equipment during these periods. The permeability of reservoir and normal oilfield development will be hurt. The mixed fouling problem of produced water is very significant for MMTRP.In this paper, according to the SY/T5523-2006 standard, ion loss content analysis and scaling content analysis were used in MMTRP study. The reinjection feasibility of the mixed produced water from different layers and surface water was were studied in Hong liugou and Xin anbian block; The MMTRP of produced water from different layers in You Fangzhuang and Zhouchang blocks were study repectively.The reinjection feasibility in Hong Liugou block was studied. The main scaling type is Ca CO3. When the volume ratio of Chang-6 to Yan-8 was 4:6, the highest mixing proportion was achieved. Use this ratio as the ground proportion. It was found that when the flocculation mixing and formation water mixed together in the compatibility test, no obvious scale and with good compatibility. Therefore, the reinjection standard was met and mixed water can be used as injection water.The reinjection feasibility of surface and formation water in Xin anbian block was studied. The main scaling type is Ba SO4 and Sr SO4. When the volume ratio of clean water to formation water was 2:8, the highest mixing proportion was achieved. Use this ratio as the ground proportion. When the flocculation mixing water and formation water mixed together in the compatibility test, no obvious scale and had good compatibility.The mixed mining, transportation and reinjection feasibility in You fangzhuang and Zhouchang block was studied. The experiment indicated that produced water cannot be mixed together. When the flocculation mixing water and formation water mixed together in the reinjection feasibility, no obvious scale and had good compatibility. The reinjection standard was met and mixed water can be used as injection water.
