| Underwater mixed transportation pressurization system is one of the key equipment of underwater production system,of which the mixed transportation pump is an important component.Since underwater mixed transport facilities are directly exposed to the deep ocean environment for long time.this thesis studies the coating and cathodic protection of the integral skid-mounted module,mixed transport pump,motor and other key devices the corrosion conditions in different environments and puts forward anti-corrosion suggestions and measures for similar steel structure products.By studying the mechanism of anticorrosion of the pump body structure of the mixed transportation pressurization device,with a focus on the internal corrosion of oil and gas medium,the external corrosion of seawater environment and the addition of coatings,lab test is carried out by using experimental methods to explore the oil and gas corrosion mechanism of the internal structure of the mixed transportation pump,and the anticorrosion materials of the pump shaft,pump shell,homogenizer shell and other structures are tested as research points.Through experimental evaluation of existing anti-corrosion measures and the corrosion mechanism of different parts,the metal materials are tested and selected,and the most optimal type of anti-corrosion materials for each part of the mixed transportation pump and the best casting materials for each part are proposed.At the same time,according to the working environment and characteristics of the mixed delivery pump and its supporting equipment,the causes of pump corrosion are analyzed through the investigation of underwater anti-corrosion materials.The corrosion causes such as PH value,salt concentration,flow rate,dissimilar metals,microorganisms and wear of the conveying medium are analyzed in detail,thus the measures of underwater corrosion protection are put forward,which is,the mixed delivery pump,the homogenizer,the motor casing and the base are protected by the combination of coating and sacrificial anode cathodic protection.In addition,the pump is proposed to use metal coating with good hardness and corrosion resistance to protect so as to slow down the failure and prolong the service life,as the pump comes into contact with the produced fluid and has serious erosion,According to the test results and the economy of the material,it is recommended to use suitable stainless steel as the pump body material. |
