The workover water would come with the building of the oil field. The workoverwater is widely distributed and Category numerous. In recent years, The oilfieldworkover operations will generate a lot of workover waste water, bring great harm tothe oil field environment. In order to workover environmental problems caused by waste water, taking intoravines geomorphological characteristics and fate of treated water discharge problem, aworkover wastewater treatment reinjection formations technical ideas. Based workoverwaste water features, the processCoagulation-sedimentation-filtration membrane ispropused. We Examines the treated water reinjection formation compatibility andsecurity of core damage and other water quality indicators. The COD of waste watercan be decreased to60mg/L, SS is2mg/L and Turbidity is under5NTU. Oil content isunder6mg/L. Wastewater treatment failure probability workover generally lower thanthe formation water. The process can improve the stability of the workover wastewater.Workover and treated wastewater mixed with formation water scaling trend is smaller, has better compatibility, can meet reinjection requirements.By determining The aqueous phase permeability core K which is under15%. Wecan see that the waste water is harmless to the core. The results further show that theparticle size,SS, and Oil content of the waste water which is treated can meet therequirements of "Clastic reservoir water quality indicators and analytical methodsrecommended".
