The Study Of Verification Technology And Device Of Ion Chromatography

Ion chromatography is measuring instrument of legal managements, it is mainly used for environmental monitoring, and the sample analysis of water, food, medicine atc. Either from the economic and technical point of view, the study of verification technology and device of ion chromatography has very great significance to ensure the implementation of metrology and the verification of measuring instruments work, and guarantee accurate and reliable date measured by ion chromatography.Because the entering of ion chromatography is not very long, so the test of ion chromatography technology and equipment of China is rarely reported, there are still some deficiencies of ion chromatography verification work and needs to be improved. Due to the diversity of chromatographic models and working stations, it is very difficult to master the operation of all workstations, which has some adverse effects to the test work. Owing to existing test methods are not high degree of automation in the certification process, the workload of post-data processing is very large. which brings great inconvenience to test personal, especially working at the grassroots level. Base on this, the verification of ion chromatography technology and testing equipment were studied in detail.The study on the ion chromatography verification device and technology is using the reference materials supplied by National Institute of Metrology Institute of Biological and Energy, combining with HW-2000 chromatography data acquisition system, temperature measurement devices and self-developed data processing system to achieve scientific test and processing data automatically. This device can improve efficiency significantly, reduce human error, can be more objective and realistic to response the operational status of equipment. Taking into account the development of instruments and chromatographic interoperability, the device increased more humane extensions and processing functions on testing data of gas chromatography and liquid chromatography in response to changing equipment updates.
