The acid rain area in China is one of the three main acid rain areas in the world,along with Europe and North America.Scientific controlling countermeasures for acid rain area are very necessary in China.The premise of the detection and control acid rain is timely and effective collection and real-time analysis about its main ingredients.However,in the acid rain monitoring,the monitoring points are arranged in the mountains,industrial areas and other remote areas,There are no convenient transportation or developed information for those places,but those ions such as NO2-,NO3-,NH4+in the rain usually need to be tested within 24 hours.So the traditional approach of the precipitation sampler and the laboratory separating each other has many inconvenience.In view of the present equipment network and intelligent requirements,this paper designed a online acid rain collection and analysis system which can automatically run for a long time but not having human intervention.The system is designed with modular designing idea.It mainly includes an economizer unit,a detection chamber unit,a segment sampling chamber unit and an ion chromatographic analysis unit.The system integrates the information such as conductivity,pH value,rainfall and ion composition into the same system.It realizes the automatic collection,storage,analysis and data cloud storage of the acid rain,and it realizes the on-line monitoring of the precipitation process and the accuracy of the test results Sexual and real-time which provides a favorable guarantee.The ion chromatographic analysis unit mainly realized the automatic on-line detection of acid rain ion composition.The system can communicate with the on-line ion chromatograph directly and can control the ion chromatograph to detect rainwater samples.It can simultaneously detect the anions,cations and heavy metal ions in the rain.It can achieve the ion chromatogram,the main components and concentrations of the report after the analysis had completed.For achieving remote data collection,the cloud database is used as a remote data storage.The device uploads the collected data regularly to the cloud.If an alarm message appears,the system can send a message to the user directly.In order to prevent the Internet connection from being abnormal,the data can’t be timely and efficiently uploading to the cloud database,all the data need to back-up in the machine.In areas where you can’t connect to the network,Users can also use 485 cable transmission or USB flash disk directly copying to view the rain record data.In the human-computer interaction,the design use cross-platform good Qt as a client application development tools and designed the PC and mobile client software which used in the online acid rain collection and analysis system.The client software accesses the cloud database directly through remote access.It can not only view the rainfall information,but also can be classified for rainfall data records and statistical processing and online management,etc.The test results show that the design meets the design requirements and achieves the design purpose.It has a good reference for the intelligent and networked development of acid rain collection and analysis system.
