| This paper,which has an aim to find a proper comprehensive evaluation method on the CNG gas station in the Beijing Public Transport Holdings, Ltd(BPT).For the aim, the CNG gas station as a system for research. Firstly analysis the CNG gas station in the BPT system combining the actual situation, the system elements to appropriate classification, material, technology as the research object its danger is analyzed, considered the potential safety hazard may cause the safety problem of the common faults of the CNG gas station are summarized. The whole system is divided into four factors which are personal factor;equipment element; environment element and management factor. To think about that on the research of each reference factors, to research and set up a corresponding evaluation index system, using analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to verify the consistency and determines the index weight, combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for determination of each index to understand the whole system's safety posture.The method is fully consider the situation of equipment stations, management, environmental factors, quality of staff and other status quo, with a number of expert experience and preferences, the use of scientific methods to model, get the results of safety assessment stations. Through empirical validation analysis confirmed that the method is feasible, in line with empirical reality. Can be continuously adjusted by empirical research, improve the method can be applied to more scientific and comprehensive real fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. |
