Land use change is a constant research topic, as long as mankind exists, there are economic and social progress and development, land use / cover change always occurs everywhere, and then it will bring huge environmental effect. Ecological security of land use is the core of IGBP and IHDP, which can provide a lot of guidance on the regional ecological construction and sustainable development.The study not only meets features and advantages of geography in the study on economy, society and environment, but also fully reflects the development trend which is the pattern, process and mechanism of modern geography.The study is supported by the important water project of Ministry of Science and Technology (2009ZX07210-007) and Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province(Y2008E13). Jining City lies in transition between the hilly areas in the middle and south of Shandong province and plains area in southwest Shandong province. There is vast farming area in west of Jining City, there is rich mineral resources such as mineral and iron in center of Jining City, there is fishing zone in south of Jining City, so Jining City is both resources city and agriculture city, and it is ecotone has complex ecosystem.Since the reform and opening of the PRC, with the rapid economic development, increasing human disturbance in Jining City, there were tremendous change in the land use / cover. Jining City faced serious ecological security problems,such as soil erosion,agricultural pollution,vegetation destruction,water pollution,mining subsidence,soil salinization and a series of ecological and environmental problems.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the ecological environment of Jining City, based on three LANDSAT TM / ETM remote sensing data, land use / cover was obtained by visual interpretation of the 1987, 2000 and 2008,and Vegetation cover, mine subsidence and saline trends of 20 years were monitored, soil erosion in Jining City was simulated by RULSE model.According to the principle of representation and synthesis, risks - state - immune land ecological security evaluation index hierarchy model was established,then related database(risk - the state - immune to ecological security evaluation)was established.The results showed that:1. The largest area is farmland, followed by water and the construction land, woodland, grassland, unused land areas are small,and there are some differences between classes in different counties (cities, districts) around the area.The value of ecosystem services in the study area experienced the "V"-type development path.In 1987,the value of ecosystem services function is 127.1974 million yuan, and dropped to 123.6309 million in 2000,at lastincreased to 134.956 million yuan in 2008.2. The salinization land of study area mainly distributed in Jinxiang, Jiaxiang and Yutai. Nearly 20 years, subsidence of the study area increased rapidly from 1987 to 2008, has increased to 10000hm2.3. From 1987 to 2008, land ecological security of the Jining City experienced the state of "V" shape change (increased and then decreased). In 1987 the entire study area for the ecological security index of 0.457, which indicates Jining City was in a warning state, not too optimistic about the ecological security of land; ecological security index bottomed out in 2000,ecological security index was only 0.411,which was caused by the police state, human economic and social development. Ecological security index began to rebound after 2000, increasingly getting better ecological security, ecological security index was 0.528, which was more than the state in 1987 mainly due to increased investment in ecological construction. |
