Ecological Civilization Urban Living Environment Of The Community Legal System Studied

Ecological civilization is a kind of new civilization of human beings as the development productive forces. It is changing human's behaviors and the view of the ethic. Law, human's behavior and ethics have been influenced each other. Under the guidance of ecological civilization, laws and principles have to be adjusted.This thesis has a research on the environmental law of the urban living community. The reason for choosing the urban living community as an object of study are like these: the urban living community is an important part of our society. It has a very important function-living. Most of the activities of human beings happened here. The environmental law of the urban living community reflects the environmental law of the whole society.This thesis has five chapters. The first chapter makes a description of the ecological civilization and the basic theory of urban living communities. It makes an introduction that as the development of the urban living communities, it has come many of environmental problems. Finally, it discusses the relationship between the ecological civilization and the environmental protection.The second chapter introduces the situation of the environmental law of the foreign countries. The author takes the London, New York, Tokyo as examples to make comments of their environmental law.The third chapter describes the contents of the urban living communities'legal system. The author introduces the urban living communities'legal system from two aspects: environmental protection and community management. The author also pointed out the shortcomings of the legal system.The chapter forth and the chapter fifth talk about the contents of legal system the law enforcement and legal supervision of the living communities. The author gives some suggestions about these.
