Xin-Qiao Mining Limited Company is a large-scale polymetallic sulfide mine. With the deep exploiting, the number of the exploiting level,the work-face ventilation and ventilation network have greatly changed.Then the ventilation problems increased seriously,and the original ventilation system can't meet the normal demand. So, we need to optimize the design of deep ventilation system of Xin-Qiao Mining Limited Company, then to establish a safe,reliable,economical,and easy to managing ventilation system has became more and more important and practical significance for Xin-Qiao Mining Limited Company.The development situation of the optimal design theory of mine ventilation,the energy saving technology in mine ventilation and the mine ventilation technology at home and abroad is introduced in the paper. Based on the overall investigation and determination into the current ventilation system, Comprehensive and accurate understanding of the mine ventilation system's status and problems of Xin-Qiao mining Limited Company, The great deal of basic information and measurement data give a basis for optimal design of the ventilation system.The subject comprehensive analysis of the main reasons causing the problem that exist in the mine ventilation system of Xin-Qiao mining Limited Company, Based on the mine ventilation system's basic situation and the main problems. Use of domestic and abroad metal mine ventilation's mature and advanced of application technology to solve the problems. The main topics are as follows:1)Investigation, measurement, analysis and evaluation of the current ventilation systems of the Xin-Qiao mining Limited Company;2)The transformation and optimization programs be Proposed for the existing ventilation system, Optimize the design of mine ventilation systems and ventilation of the middle of the network;3)Analysis and calculation of the natural pressure of the mine;4)The solution of ventilation network and the Optimization of fan. After set up to the optimization of the ventilation system, that is effectively improve the ventilation in the mine of the Xin-Qiao mining Limited Company, and Significantly increased the amount of air output and air return in middle piece. There is an effective solution to issues of the ventilation network is not perfect,the stope ventilation difficulties and a large quantity of air leakage that is existing in the original system, With the substantial increase in technical and economic indicators of efficiency rate of mine,qualified rate of wind and Fan efficiency. After the new mine ventilation system's built and put into practice operation, practice shows that new ventilation system have been greatly improved in the aspects of effectiveness of the technical,economic rationality,security,reliability and overall ventilation system technical and economic effect.
