MaLuPing Mine is one of the backbone of KaiLing mining industry Corporation, designed in 2008 production 800,000 tons, over the past fifty years and are based on natural ventilation. At present the mine north well and south well have already voted, but to ensure that the new ventilation system to meet a large number of trolley underground diesel equipment in a reasonable amount of use of wind distribution, still need to address the problems the original series, as well as from the old system change for the new Department of ventilation facilities and engineering support.Optimization of this study include:1. Optimization of existing design theory of mine ventilation, mine ventilation energy conservation technology, the mine controlled wind theory and technology, the reliability of mine ventilation system and the new artificial intelligence technology in the field of mine ventilation Applications;2. Carried out field survey work and determination, access to a large number of basic data and measurement data, and the existing evaluation of mine ventilation system;3. Information obtained on-site scientific analysis, processing, establishment of a mine ventilation system MaLuPing Mine data model, including a few hundred more than the wind the way, the number of nodes, sort each of the basic parameters of the wind path of the confirmation of the main fan characteristic curve fitting, etc.;4. Has drawn up many kinds of different mine ventilation systems operation plan, on computer analysis and so on;5. Work in accordance with the above-mentioned MaLuPing Mine ventilation systems to optimize the selected programs and measures.
