| Mine ventilation system is one of the most important parts in UndergroundMetallic Mines production system. The superiority-inferiority of it influence on thewhole situation of production safety and economic benefits. The economic, rational, reliableoperation Mine ventilation system is the goal of mine ventilation.The system is usuallywith the features of simple, economical and reliable at the beginning of mining. Duringthis time, it is easy to be managed. But the problems are emerges by the influence ofwork and nature. The system becomes more and more complex, low efficiency and lossa lot of power. These problems seriously restrict the safety and high efficiencyproduction of the mine. System optimization widely and intensively focused by all ofthe people those who are engaged in mine ventilation works.Therefore, it is veryimportant to pay more attention to study and optimize the mine ventilation, whichinfluence both social and economic benefits.This paper is taken Tutai iron mine ventilation system as the research object. Basedon field survey and measure, the writer mastered the whole situation of this ventilationsystem. What is more, he made a quantitative evaluation according to the determinationresults and evaluation index of the system. On this basis, according to mine ventilationtheory and Meta-analysis found that the main problems appeared and existed at thepresent. In order to cope with those problems and improve the production status, hecarried out the research on the optimization of airflow in the System Layout andVentilation Network. The main results are below:Seven arrangement schemes are given according to the problems existed in thearrangement of ventilation system. These schemes are aiming to the west airway, theeast airway and the main return airway. Through the integrating contrast and analysischoose an optimization scheme which is technical feasibility, economic and reasonable,safety and reliable, convenient management and with a strong adaptive capacity toproduction and variation.The air in the ventilation network can be regulated and optimized. An adjustmentplan has been given according to production status.Aiming at the irregular mine appeared at the present. Common room and pillarmethod is used in the program. With reasonable design, problems existing present canbe solved, such as the poor effect of smoke extraction and dust removal and the low speed of the fresh air with a wrong position.According to the Ventilation Network theory, taking Ventilation Network of themine, the air quantity and the parameter of the airway as the data foundation build themode of calculation and calculate the resistance of the system.The performance of the main fan was checked based on characters of the retrofitoptimization Ventilation system. At the same time, the calculation shows that theperformance of it meets the demands of the ventilation network system. What’s more,the fan operates in a stability and high efficiency sate. |
