| Biochip Confocal Scanner is based on the principle of confocal imaging, it combines with computer scanning control system to achieve the detection and analysis of bio-chip Through detecting hybridization signals this system can get a lot of high-quality data and images.It's useful for medical researchers to carry out biochemical analysis.Bio-chip is widespread in many fields.Confocal scanning detection and analysis is the main technical support of bio-chip applications, it will be great and helpful in the future.This paper combines the development of bio-chip technology in China, I mainly study the technology of detection and analysis.This paper first introduces the bio-chip, bio-chip technology, the various processes of bio-chip technology, including chip preparation, sample preparation, hybridization and detection technology, and summarizes the status of bio-chip technology at home and abroad.Then we analyze the principle of the confocal scanning detection technology. In the theory, we analyze the field distribution of the excitation field and the mechanism of fluorescence, then we introduce some components of self-developed bio-chip scanner.We briefly describe three confocal scanning methods in fluorescence detection, and analyze the error of optical scanning and object scanning. According to the characteristics of object scanning, we complete scanning automation control system.In the data acquisition system, we introduce the principle of PCI-1710L data acquisition card, and complete the design of software and hardware through the card development kit.Finally, we briefly introduce the image preprocessing methods and chip analysis.We focus on the visualization of fluorescence image, then we complete a pseudo-color map and fluorescence image data with three-dimensional image representation. |
