The evaluation of mental state is mainly based on scales,which are highly influenced by subjectivity and people have serious resistance to the diagnosis of mental diseases.There is an urgent need for methods and tools that can quickly,real-time and visually monitor mental states.With the development of organizational channel theory and The further research and development of detection technology and human body information collection and visualization reconstruction technology provides us with the idea of establishing a personalized mental state monitoring system based on tissue channel detection and visualization technology.Based on this,this study establishes a platform for tissue channel detection and human body visualization,and initially realizes the evaluation of mental state.The main purpose of this study is to design and develop a wearable device for tissue channel measurement based on electrical impedance measurement technology,collect tissue structure information of the whole body of the human body,and build a digital visualization technology platform.The application test of the new platform is carried out to realize the collection of human tissue channel information and human body visualization,and a prototype of real-time mental state evaluation visual monitoring system is established based on this for mental health monitoring.This study completed the following contents: 1.We designed and developed a tissue channel measuring device based on cell microenvironment theory and electrical impedance measurement technology,and realized the wearable development of tissue channel measuring device.To develop the intelligent analysis system of tissue channel and its channel parameter standard,analyze the structure and function information of human tissue channel body,and realize the collection and visualization analysis of the physical characteristics of human tissue channel.Electrical method The acquisition module composed of array electrode,gate and impedance detector is used.The sensor adopts 9 mm microarray electrode to realize the measurement of tissue channel.2.In this study,a whole-body digital information acquisition and visualization platform was established.The rapid acquisition technology of human body structure digital information is designed.Through screening and designing multi-excitation gradient echo imaging technology,the 3D volume data information of human body can be quickly collected and the whole body digital organizational structure information can be obtained.The segmentation structure information processing of human body is based on mutual information measure,translation transformation and quasi Newton-optimized registration splicing algorithm to achieve segmentation DICOM data registration.And the design and development of image storage,processing,external interface service module,through distributed file storage image data storage management,the realization of human digital information and image online reading,to achieve multi-system integration and access services.3.This study completed the practical application of platform and organization channel detection equipment.The whole body tissue structure information of the subjects was collected and the digital human body was constructed.Wearable devices were used to obtain the characteristic information of the human tissue channel in the state of depression or anxiety,and preliminary analysis was conducted.In this study,the subjects’ body structure information collection,digital body structure reconstruction and visualization were completed,and the whole process of the system was tested.The electrical characteristics of tissue channels of 4 subjects under depression and anxiety were collected,and the characteristics of tissue channels were preliminatively analyzed.In order to establish mental state evaluation and synchronous visual monitoring of human body,this study designed and developed wearable devices for tissue channel measurement,developed non-invasive whole-body imaging and tissue channel information acquisition technology,and nuclear magnetic image registration and fusion technology of human body structure,established personalized and visualization system,and formed a set of monitoring system with both hardware and software.A method and tool to evaluate the mental state of human body by measuring the tissue channel are constructed,and the above functions are preliminarily realized.
