Xizang (Tibet), Yunnan and Hainan are the main distribution areas of scorpion in China, including 5 families:Buthidae, Chaerilidae, Eucorpiidae, Scorpionidae and Hemiscorpiidae; 9 genera:Mesobuthus, Lychas, Isometrus, Chaerilus, Euscorpiops, Scorpiops, Heterometrus, Liocheles, Tibetiomachus with 38 species. Famlies, genera, species with 100,75,79.2 percent to China respectively.The systematics and fauna of Xizang, Yunnan and Hainan are studied. The reviews are on the morphological characters and distribution of these species.In the systematic account,3 genera,6 species of Buthidae; 1 genus,8 species of Chaerilidae (including 1 new species and 4 new records of China); 2 genera,19 species of Eucorpiidae (including 1 new species,2 opposite sex new discoveries and 4 new records of China) of Eucorpiidae; 1 genus,3 species of Scorpionidae; 2 genera,2 species of Hemiscorpiidae.
