Spectral analyzer and spectrometer are used widely, play an important role in research of physical chemistry basics, astronomical observation, mine reconnaissance, product quality analysis and so on. As the PC widely used capablity become more powerful.Aiming at the demand of high precise, high speed in spectral measurement, this paper put forward a data acquisition and processing system of visible spectrum based on virtual instrument was designed, including three part of work, optics system,hardware syetem,and application software design.First of all, made theory analysis for the whole optics system,photoelectricity transition and acquisition module, testify feasibility in theory. Using color linear TCD2252D acquire spectrum signal, magnify and filter simulant signal by hardware syetem, eliminate high frequency noise, using PCI-6251 card communicate with the commputer, which is produced by NI company. The card is controlled by the Programme setting parameter.Suppress the background clutter and enhance the target by the method of frame subtration, to distill the target signal. The application program was designed with LabVIEW 8.5 to achieve the functions of data acquisition, processing, analysis, display and web transmission.. Filter disposal again by sofeware program, add plus adjustment function. By use of fitting scale standard wavelength, realized autosearch peak value, The result indicated that measurement error is within acceptable range. The test data was published to internet real-time, therefore the remote users can browsing the spectrum measurement easily.
