This paper based on study of flow control mechanism via the one-atmosphere low-temperature surface discharge plasma. Take the experimental study as the main method, simulates under the air low atmospheric pressure environment the plasma surface discharge, through the change electrical parameter and the atmospheric pressure, has finally obtained the plasma emission spectrum, the radiation intensity and each electric discharge parameter and various atmospheric pressure condition reciprocity; Meanwhile has carried on the elementary numerical simulation to this kind of plasma to the wing surface flow field characteristic influence Main procedures are as below:1. Design, Production and Amendments of Experimental ApparatusWe designed a plasma actuator panel suitable to subsequent experiments, aiming at enlarging the discharge area to conduce to the mono-chromator's keeping in focus. We designed and made an airtight capsule in which air pressure was adjustable. With this capsule, we could actuate plasma under prescribed and stable air pressure. More than that, one-phased power source, mono-chromator, and other experimental controllers were also amended.2. In Low Temperature Plasma Electric Discharge Process Emission Spectrum and Electrical Parameter Survey and Analysis:We have obtained the plasma emission spectrum and each electric discharge parameter and various atmospheric pressures condition reciprocity. Carries on the analysis to the spectrum spectrogram, has selected 14 main wave ridges, uses from arranges the procedure to cany on the computation to it, the contrast analyzes their area, the intensity, the percentage analyzes the ray radiation intensity the change rule and draws up the experiment to analyze the chart.3.Basic Numerical StimulationPut through the LBM method to the wing section surface along the surface low temperature plasma opposite side laminar dynamic characteristic influence effect to carry on the preliminary numerical simulation, confirmed the low temperature plasma the mass force which formed in the wing section surface to suppress the effect which the boundary layer separation produced.
