Catantopidae,which is the largest family in Acridoidea,has many species,distributes wide,and many of them are virmins of agriculture.It has been studyed at all levels for a long time in China. The book and Niuyao's doctoral thesis are very nice summarization of the learn with Chinese Catantopidae.Both of the books have themselves' whole systems,but them also have difference to each other,such as Niuyao put Longchuanacris into Caryandinae,which is in Oxyinae in the book .The same things also happened in Anapodisma and Podismodes.Simultaneously, Niuyao appeared 42 new species in his doctoral thesis.This study is done to make clear the difference at those points.A total of 18 species(representing 4 subfamilies and 8 genera) were sampled in this study.The COI&Cytb gene sequences were amplified using PCR,and then sequenced directly through cycling sequencing method.After conbined some sequences from GenBank,I do sequence alignment using ClustalX1.83.Sequence statistics were performed using MEGA 4.Several statistical approaches were used to test the phylogenetic signal in the DNA sequence data sets.Phylogenesis analyses under the Neighbor Joining(NJ),maximum parsimony (MP) and maximum likelihood(ML) optimal criteria were performed as implemented in PAUP~*4.0b10.Bayesian inference also employed to reconstruct the phylogeny using MrBayes V3.0. From these analyses we drew conclusions as follows:1.I find the difference in molecular sequences between Podismodes houshana and Podismodes dabieshanensis,and prove that Podismodes dabieshanensis is availability as a new specie.2.After comparing part COI& Cytb gene sequences of 2 species of Longchuanacris,6 species of Caryanda,5 species of Oxya and 1 species of Pseudoxya,I educed it correctly that Niuyao put Longchuanacris into Caryandinae.3.Through the analysis of the two genes,the result sustains the subgenuse and species group of Caryanda that Niuyao made off in his doctoral thesis.The phylogenesis of 5 species groups which are researched in this paper is showed in follow:((((dehongensis-species group,quadrata-species group) dentata-species group) yunnana-species group) neoelegans-species group).4.After comparing luofushana -species group(Sinopodisma) and yunnaneus -species group(Yunnanacris),the result sustains to put Sinopodisma and Yunnanacris to Podismodes in his doctoral thesis. 5.After comparing genus character of Podismodes and Pedopodisma,and combining the result of this paper,I suggest that Pedopodisma should be put into Podismodes.6.After comparing Anapodisma rufipennis with Anapodisma miramae and Anapodisma rufipennis with Prumna arctica,Prumna mandshurica,the analysis of two genes does not sustains that Storozhenko put Yupodisma into Anapodisma.From the result of this paper,Yupodisma is a validity genus of Podisminae.
