Study Of Gis Applied In Optical Cable Network Resource Management System

In terms of the business of China Network Communications Group Corp. Shandong Branch, research and development of the Resource Management System of Local Network(short for RMSLN) have been put in for project validation by Shandong Branch, and the Optical Network Resource Management System was one important part of this RMSLN. So the Optical Network was made a study of, and it was good for research and development service of the RMSLN. Accordingly, the Optical Network would be worked over from several aspect of the job.1,The key technologies used in RMSLN were analyzed, including development technology of MapInfo and application technology of Oracle database etc al. This was a theoretical basis of the system research and development.2,According to the customer investigation and study material research, has been clear about the customer to the system demand and the customer to the system operation custom, thus formulation demand analysis plan and various modules design realization plan. The demand analysis plan includes the resources and module function localization to manage including the system, finally proposes the system to the electronic map request information. The system design has studied the system contact surface design, the system various modules functional design and the system used flow design.3,The database designing and implement was studied. According to the research of project requirement information that clientele asked, a rule for database was made, and tables structure was planned out. All of these gave a basis of database implement.4,The prototype system was deeply researched. And electronic map was important contents in this researching part. For the sake of well carrying out CNC business, this prototype system introduced the function of electronic map into the project, and this prototype system made the RMSLN running as intelligentization visualization and informationize pattern. The electronic map is called the physical chart in the system, the realization function including to the electronic map elementary operation, to electronic map in resources object operation, resources edition, resources batch duplication, to electronic map chart level control operation, as well as realization in electronic map POI localization function and so on.5,The RMSLN development tendency was investigated. With new functions and features growing, as well as new requirements of Shandong CNC business growing, the perfection and development tendency of RMSLN was analyzed, which would provide guidance for new IT planning of Shandong CNC.
