Abstract/Summary:
Rice variaty Longjing 4 (receptor) and 4 variaties (lines) which produced by introducing corn DNA into Longjing 4 were used as experiment materials. In order to study the change of photosynthetic characteristics after introduction of exogenous DNA, photosynthetic characteristics of the materials were analyzed at the middle and late stages of development, at the same time, the variance of DNA, isozyme and morphological characters of them was analyzed. The main results were as follow:Compared with receptor, the content change of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll of variation offspring were similar to receptor at the middle and late stages of development; the variation extent of the content of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorophyll of variation offspring was different at the every stage, showing uncertainty of variation.The changing trend of net photosynthetic rate in flag leaves of receptor and variation offspring at the middle and late stages of development was that the net photosynthetic rate increased gradually at the beginning of the booting stage and reached the maximum at the full heading time, then decreased gradually. It pointed out that the net photosynthetic rate of some variation offspring was higher than receptor, showing better characteristic of light energy utilization, and being beneficial to accumulating dry matter.The results of RAPD analysis showed that 12 ideal primers screened from 60 random primers could amplify steady differential bands. The polymorphic form of RAPD bands proved that exogenous DNA introduction caused offspring variation at different degree.The results of POD isozyme and EST isozyme showed that there were evident differences in enzyme activity and enzyme bands between receptor and variation offspring at the middle and late stages of development.Investigation on agronomic characters showed that different indexes of agronomic characters existed variation, compared with receptor, and part of characters were better than receptor.
