The construction department has proposed definitely to need propel the informationization of building trades, and raise the informationization level of building product. At the same time, has put forward a new concept of building digital community according to Chinese national state.Digital community is that it makes use of the method of information technology instead of traditional community management to realize the overall digital management for community information. It sets up the organic connection with digital city, offers digital information, realizes the superintendence of government for community, forms new community management and service pattern.At present, the construction and technical research of the digital community of our country are concentrated mainly in the aspects such as the broadband access of community, intelligence control and computerization of community management, are represented the signification of digital community. Geographical information technology based on the location inquiry analysis of spatial information will be a important development direction of digital community. It can realize the estate projects attached in community to carry out the effective inquiry of spatial information, pipeline management, facility management and the positioning management of user, etc. This has played an important role for raising community management and service level.According to the community management pattern of our country, with Lianhua community of Kunming city as a research example, this research blends spatial information in community management system mainly using Geographical information technology, database technology and management information system( MIS ), in order to realize the unified operation of picture, text, table and pipeline of community spatial information, and studies its feasibility on technology and the channel and major method in realization.
