The wide spread and speedy development of the Internet makes the WorldWideWeb become the most efficient channel of world information issuance . This technology is coming into every families in a very fast speed , and it makes the earth becomes to a village . The Internet era is coming .Nowadays , the earthquake urgency transaction and information sharing system also need new technology to come into . The WebGIS is the application of Internet and WWW technology , is the best way to realize the interoperation of GIS . Client can browse the spatial data,make special chart and various searches of special information using the WebGIS .The earthquake urgency transaction and information sharing system needs a platform which has characteristics of effective , stable, distributed , cooperative and loop coupling. When earthquake happens, government leaders and earthquake experts can directly access the earthquake data and do some analyses at anywhere which has Internet and use any terminals or operation systems . So that, it makes the earthquake transaction more efficient and more briefness.So, this paper presents a scheme of earthquake urgency transaction and information sharing system based on WebGIS and Web Service technology. The contents are as follow :1,Introduced the Web Service technology and it's usage. Described the usage of the modules of service-oriented architecture(SOA), the relied protocols , the realization ways , the three roles of the architecture , the way of message transfer and the advantage of SOA .2,Introduced the traditional way of GIS, and its shortage. Then introduce the B/S architecture of WebGIS, and its advantage like global,reliable,portable etc . Recommended CGI,ServerAPI ways of WebGIS realization. Finally decided to use JAVA and Web Service technology to design the earthquake urgency transaction and information sharing system. Decided to choose ArcIMS and ArcSDE as GIS software , choose Oracle as database software . |
