With the development of the technique of differential GPS, it develop a new domain for the using of GPS that attitude determination used by GPS carrier phase value. GPS attitude determination receivers have applied in many domains, such as land and ocean. It can offer real time navigation and attitude determination services. For this reason, it offer huge potential for space application in reduce the cost of spacecraft. American and some developed countries of Western Europe were developing the incorporation of attitude determination orbit determination and spacecraft independence navigation that using GPS. In order to adapt the domestic demand of attitude determination, this paper does some work in attitude determination by using GPS. First, it introduced the development and application foreground of GPS attitude determination inside and outside of china. Then, it introduced the basic theory of attitude determination by use of carrier phase, established the models of attitude determination. The paper discuss the main error of attitude determination base on the attitude determination models, proposes a series of technique and method to correct them. And particular discuss the method of cycle slip detect and integer ambiguity resolution, proposes a new method for cycle slip detect and ambiguity resolution each base on particular advantages that the length of baseline is known first and very short. At last, the method and the models that proposed before are verified by experimental data and paper analysis the result of experimentations and discuss the reason of it.
