Based On Mapgis Platform Geographic Information Graphics Editing Systems Research And Development

At present, Geographic information was obtained by follow means: remote sense image, GPS., the total station field digital survey, digit paper map etc. Among those method, digit paper map is a time-consuming and mistake-prone work, and the vector map acquired by this ways don' t possess topology relation, therefore, it becomes an difficulty of GIS which how to efficiently and quickly transform paper map to vector map. Synchronously , the paper introduce three redevelopment means ofMAPGIS software: API function, MFC class library, ActiveX controlcontainer , and emphatically narrate geographic information data managersystem' s development process,basic function and operation , at last , thearticle introduce to the system's installation and application in someproject.
