Two-dimensional compressible linear stability theory was discussed, and principle works were focused in predicting the transition of two-dimensional compressible flow, which based on numerical calculation of stability. As the term in the deducing of linear stability equation is more than thousands, artificial intelligence need to be used in assisting us to overcome the difficulty of complexity. The equations are also deduced with handwork in order to verify the validity of the procedure with artificial intelligence. Crosscheck show even classic document by Mack have also fatal error in equation and boundary condition. The numerical method to solve the equation for spatial amplification theory is described in detail. Deduced first-order system equations from spatial instability theory and its eigenvalue problem are solved and neutral lines varied with Mach numbers are given.Exp(n) method was used to predict the end of transition process. In the thesis the transition process of the plat on different Mach numbers are calculated and the influence on the transition is discussed. At last a Simple mathematic mode of vortex instability is given to describe the up most factor of instability in transition.
