This thesis use a new model, which bases on unified Hauser- Feshbach and exciton model, and make a theoretical calculation, namely to simulate the process of n+擝 reaction by computer. The second part is the fundamental theory, which review the calculation theory of light nuclear reaction, namely unified Hauser-Feshbach, exciton model, and optical model. The third part and forth part is the important part, which introduce the theoretic method and formulas of calculation double differential cross sections of outgoing particle, the differential cross sections shift from centroid coordinate system to laboratory coordinate system. At the same time, the midway results are also given to test the corresponding theory. The theory of calculation double differential cross sections include outgoing neutrons in divided levels and in group particles. In the fifth part, the comparison between theoretical calculation results and measured data is given, and we also make a discussion. The total cross section, non-elastic cross section, elastic angular distribution, and the energy-angular spectra of outgoing neutrons have been calculated. Especially the comparison between calculation of double differential cross sections of outgoing neutrons and laboratory data is given. The comparisons of the theoretical results and the measured data are shown in the figures, which indicate that the model calculations are successful.
