This paper study the content is the complex scientific philosophy . In the preface, this paper proposed the complex science is similarly a scientific revolution viewpoint. But, this scientific revolution characteristic is gradual, and is agree with the physics scientific revolution at the beginning of 20 century, in essentially overturn the mechanism and metaphysics. The diagnostic method in the scientific domain get further development. This paper means is from the diagnostic method spirit, explores the complex research the progress. In chapter one conceptualism, this paper study ten ideas that they are called complexity today. But every idea almost draw contrary end. Complexity contains bright dialectic direction. So, it is difficult to define complexity from affirmative angle. My complexity idea is that complexity isn't the cosmic essence and fountain from contrary angle, though there are complex situation. Conceptualism is object theory in complexity studying too. It represents object form. Chapter two epistemology is subject angle and the human knowledge. From this angle, this paper comment American author Nycolas'opinion: theory of complexity enhances and draw that people knowledge enhances system is that the complexity alternates with simplicity. There is a tag in the end part. Firstly, this paper talks about my opinion from the connection between the subject and the object. My keynote is metaphor and dummy. This paper thinks that the mystery of the metaphor is just a unity of opposites between thing-in-itself and metaphor's object that they not only are similarity, but also not similarity. Today, the core of virtual method is two-way interaction in the system between people and machine, largely break through one-way virtual method like painting. In the last chapter, this paper suppose transcending of complexity. Because two reasons, one is Chinese real condition and scientific need, one other is complexity itself is one cognitive link, but culminating. Therefore, it is necessary to surpass complexity.
