Coking process optimization control plays a significant role for the coke enterprises in improving economic efficiency and enhancing market competitiveness. In this paper, an intelligent integrated optimizing control system of coking process based on the simulation modeling and case-based reasoning technology is build to provide research platform for coking process optimization control.Firstly, this thesis analyzed the mechanism of the coking process and examined the system requirements in detail from the perspective of simulation objects and system design requirements. Based on the above analysis and examination, a control systym structure for coking process, which includes basic automation layer, process optimization control layer and comprehensive production objective optimization and centralized monitoring layer is proposed, and functions of each layer system in the experimental system are fully illustrated.Secondly, combining with the feature of heating combustion process, the process model is established with the cloud neural network and case-based reasoning method. Data from actual operation of coking process is applied to build up case base. The case base is thus classified and divided into sub-case base based on model of cloud neural network. Moreover, it provides assistance in case retrieval to model of case-based reasoning. Model of case-based reasoning can revise, and verify and study similar cases that are retrieved, and output of the final result is made.Finally, cloud neural network model and case-based reasoning model are designed and realized to establish the heating combustion process model. The experimental system of intelligent optimization control of coking production process is established based on the topological structure of three-stage network, and the experiment in intelligent optimization control of coking production process can be done based on the experimental system. The running condition indicates that, the heating combustion process model can simulate the running of the coking heating combustion process in a favorable way, and can sufficiently reflect the running features of the production process; the establishment of the experimental system with intelligent optimized control provides a practical platform for the research on control systems related to coking.
