Due to the lack of uniform planning and construction norms in the distribution and information system, and each system has independent construction, the existing distribution information system is mainly on the basis of the business situation of each department, perhaps this system is exploited by different manufacturers in different periods, and each department is used different construction standards, different technical specifications, and different development tools, so information sharing couldn't be achieved. Information couldn't be circulated in the internal enterprise and the relevant higher-level department. At last the information has become "isolated island", couldn't realize effective information sharing, such as duplicate construction, the maintenance problem, waste of funds, low resource utilization rate, etc, these problems become more and more prominent.In view of the above questions, this paper presents an information processing technology which based on a GIS-based distributed platform in the distribution system, in research of the suitable distributed processing paradigm and information model of the distribution network to realize GIS platform's re-engineering. Face the Object-oriented storage and persistent information distribution system, on the Net framework, with WebService and Net Remoting technology as a specific instrument of software communication for the integration of distribution information systems. Under the actual environment of power supply enterprises'distribution information system, research and design data storage, data accessing and comprehensive information processing framework which made by the information.Based on the information processing framework and combined with the engineering practice, in order to realize management of the information integration, strengthen the distribution network information management, and improve the efficiency of the information transmission. The wide and large power distribution grid make a greater promoting effect in the production, management and services, and satisfy the power supply enterprises'and consumers'benefits and needs, have a more wide application prospect. |
