As the energy situation becomes more and more tense,the gradual depletion of traditional fossil energy forces humans to accelerate the development of new energy.The ocean is rich in wave energy.Wave energy is a clean and renewable energy source and developing wave energy can be important to alleviate current energy tensions.Due to the randomness and uncertainty of the wave,wave power generation will affect the safe operation of the power grid.The energy storage system can be used to smooth the wave power generation power.In the context of the current national promotion of the recycling and reuse of electric vehicle return batteries,the application of secondary use battery to the power stabilization of wave energy generation helps to reduce the cost of the energy storage system.However,the inconsistency of secondary use battery will make the capacity utilization of the all battery low,and the shortage of the energy stprage system will greatly reduce the smoothing effect of the wave energy.The power electronic device realizes the flexible grouping between the secondary use battery,which can effectively solve the problem of low capacity utilization,so that the flexible group energy storage system has the same output capability as the energy storage system of smoothing wave energy.Firstly,according to the principle of wave energy generation device and the characteristics of wave energy generation device,analysis the output characteristics and fluctuation of wave energy generation system.Using energy storage systems to smoothing the power the wave power generation system and introduce its basic principles.Secondly,according to the power characteristics of wave energy generation,use a smoothing strategy based on filtering algorithm in the wave energy and energy storage combined power generation system.Using energy storage system to absorb the High-frequency fluctuation absorption of wave energy power,smooth the power fluctuation of wave power generation Based on the smoothing strategy based on the filtering algorithm,the current state of the energy storage system is taken as the consideration factor of the smoothing strategy,to optimize the smoothing strategy.Make simulation to prove the effect of the smoothing strategy and the enhancement of the continuous working capacity of the optimized energy storage system,so that the SOC can return to the vicinity of the median position after the energy storage system passes through a smoothing period.Enhancing the continuous working capacity of the energy storage system and give a simulation to prove it.Finally,in order to use the secondary use battery in smoothing wave energy,use the half-bridge cascade energy storage system to perform distributed differential control on the secondary use battery.According to the working characteristics of the half-bridge cascade topology,design and manufacture of engineered half-bridge cascade energy storage system devices.Bace on the devices,according to the wave energy emission level suppression strategy,the cascade energy storage system characteristics and the existence of the secondary use battery,make layer control of half-bridge cascade energy storage systems.Controling the overall output of the energy storage system at the system level,and distributed the overall power of the energy storage system according to the current situation of every battery,so that the energy storage system improves the capacity utilization rate of the ladder battery while suppressing the wave power fluctuation.
