Study On The Flexibility Of Chinese Smes Financial Strategy

After China joins in the WTO, SMEs(small and medium enterprises) are facing the con-siderable challenges, the competition of which is more and more intense. In order for SMEs to maintain a sustained and stable development in the dynamic environment, it is the key to solv-ing the problem that improving the flexibility of SMEs'financial strategy. Based on the forma-tion mechanism of strategic flexibility, the article researched the SMEs'financial strategy sys-tem, for providing a feasible method for building SMEs'finance strategic flexibility, enriching the theory of SMEs'financial strategies.This article consider the strategic management, financial strategies and flexible theoretical as the basis of the theory, defined some concepts which controversial in understanding and not yet fully integrated. Combined with the actual situation of SMEs in the financial, analyzed the status of SMEs'financial strategy and uncertainty of the environment. Purposed to explain that flexibility is important for SMEs'financial strategies. Defined the connotation of the SMEs'financial strategy flexibility, reference to the research on strategic flexibility theoretical, intro-duced the elements of SMEs'financial strategies. We consider the coordination mechanism as the specific ways that SMEs'financial strategy to achieve the flexible, through the integration of the elements of Financial strategic flexibility, complete SMEs'financial strategy system'elements coordinate with the external environment and the Corporate Strategy, To enhance the flexibility of the system of financial strategy. Through the study of multi-dimensional flexible, give a brief introduction of SMEs financial strategy flexibility measurement and evaluation criteria. And proposed corresponding counter measures and the problem in the implementation process what we should pay attention to.
