Research On Structure And Level Layout Of Finance & Economics Major In Universities Of Shanxi

In recent years, with the rapid development of market economy in Shanxi Province, Shanxi Province, colleges and universities the number of professionals in finance and economics growing rapidly. Some local colleges and universities in the educational process, regardless of their own conditions, mechanically copying the Ministry of Higher Education is a model of the school level, rising, and demand large, the pursuit of disciplines to complete, and even the blind pursuit of quantity of expansion and upgrading of levels, resulting in Shanxi Province College Finance specialty duplication, the overall layout of the lack of hierarchy, regional distribution unbalanced, faculty are not strong enough decline in the quality of students brought a series of questions. Resulting in some students could not find a suitable job, while the community recruiting the right talent, talent is invalid oversupply of insufficient effective demand and market supply and demand structure imbalance. Led to a tremendous waste of human resources, has seriously hindered the economic development of Shanxi Province and social progress. In this paper, we analyze and study on the structure and the layout of level of Finance and Economics profession of Shanxi University from an economic point of view in the resource allocation optimization. and we based on the survey of Finance and Economics professional structure and layout of the status hierarchy about College of Shanxi Province. The main application of economic analysis method is empirical analysis, mathematical analysis and structural analysis. And we reveal its main problems of the structure and hierarchical layout of financial major Universities in Shanxi Province. And we proposed the measures and suggestions of the adjustment and optimization. Text comprises five parts:the first part o is an introduction to explain the purpose and significance of thesis research, domestic and international research trends, research methods and ideas and innovation of the article. the second part of the professional structure of Finance and Economics College of Shanxi Province and the level of the layout of the status quo analysis; third part of the professional structure of Finance and Economics College of Shanxi Province and the level of the layout of the main issues; forth part of Shanxi Finance and Economics College professional structure and hierarchical layout of the responses and suggestions. The fifth part is the conclusion, this part described the main positive results and shortcomings of the paper.
