Then from LQ Group's present situation of the operation of three BT projects,further analysis problems of LQ Group on business ideas and management problems in the operation of BT project, such as the BT project selection, BT project management strategy vague, low level of self-management, propose effective management measures to the operation of the BT project, developed BT project management strategy and specific measures to implement the strategy to solve these problems, and apply AHP to establishing the group internal BT project risk assessment project, developed a risk prevention and control measures, from increased investment decision-making, strengthening the project financing and capital control, risk management training and attention to building capacity and so on to increase the level of project management.
