Small And Medium-sized Enterprise ERP Project Implementation Case Analysis

At present, an increasing number of small and medium enterprises through the implementation of ERP, optimize the allocation of resources both inside and outside, change the concept of management, improve enterprise competitiveness. ERP has become to some extent, standardize corporate governance standards, but the implementation of ERP in small and medium-sized indeed inevitable in the emergence of two kinds of results:an outcome is to enhance the management level of SMEs, and the other a result of the failure of implementation.
