After China's accession to the WTO, with the entry of foreign enterprises and investment, small and medium enterprises in China will be facing increasingly fierce market competition. In this large context, China's SMEs on how to maximize the improvement of their core competencies become an inevitable trend of enterprise development. With the computer network communication technology, ERP as a network communications technology and advanced management tools which combined with its market and customer demand, based on customer, market, planning, procurement, finance and so on Information Integration and Business Process Reengineering, supply chain management combined together Production and management for enterprise management and decision-making support system. At present, an increasing number of small and medium enterprises through the implementation of ERP, optimize the allocation of resources both inside and outside, change the concept of management, improve enterprise competitiveness. ERP has become to some extent, standardize corporate governance standards, but the implementation of ERP in small and medium-sized indeed inevitable in the emergence of two kinds of results:an outcome is to enhance the management level of SMEs, and the other a result of the failure of implementation. In this paper, we use LM real estate companies that through the process of implementation of ERP as small and medium-sized case of ERP project implementation, and carry out that small and medium-sized species how to conduct ERP projects in theory and in practice.
