On The Development Type Of County Tourism Industry Under The Sight Of Industry Cluster

We cannot neglect the phenomenon of cluster in the economic area, though its history might trace to the 19th century. However, from 1990s, the educational world and the business field have taken universal attention to this domain. The Harvard scholar Porter once pointed out that "the factor of cluster is controlling the world economic map now, it is dominant character in each national economy, regional economy and the state economy even metropolis economy". It is proved that economic growth rate of the regions with industry cluster is higher than those without industry cluster. Such as Italy's traditional crafts industry, the software industry in Bangalore, India, as well as the small ware industry in Zhejiang, and Professional Industrial cluster towns Guangdong, China. These are typical examples that the industry cluster drives economic development.Since the late-1970s, China has started to develop travel, the tourism development speed is getting quicker and quicker. In recent years, with people's income level enhancing and recreation time increasing, domestic travel population largely raises, and the traveling way changed from sightseeing to leisure. Travelers start no longer constantly to carry on the sightseeing trip hurriedly, but to pursue i the high grade leisure and the experience n the traveling process. So, some destinations that the tourist resources are not high leveled have possibility to develop. Under this situation, China presents the situation of the development of the traveling in country. However, each county chooses different way and the degree of development is also different. Our country territory's traveling industry development exists messy type and the cluster type. In many important traveling destinations home and abroad, the tourism industry cluster phenomenon has initially came out. In China, the county territory traveling development also has the way. To promote the county territory traveling industry development,the County government adopts a series of policy to attract the tourist business to gather, urges this region's traveling industry to develop fast in rich and centralized tourist resources area and tourist business brand prominent region. In fact, it is the character of region tourism industry cluster strategy.This article chooses two counties in Henan Province as example, studies two kind of patterns of tourism industry.Although the tourism industry cluster is a widespread phenomenon, the tourism industry from theory study of the cluster is still in the initial stage, which is the growing practice of the tourism industry cluster is incompatible. This paper uses the theoretical study of industrial cluster as a guide, studies the concept,characters, models and competitive advantage, takes efforts to explore industrial cluster theory in the practical application of the tourism industry value, compares two different development sample county, excavates county territory economic development traveling way, search the superiority of tourism cluster as well as related countermeasure.This paper is divided into five parts. Firstly, introduction. Based on the present situation and tendency of the development of tourism industry home and abroad, this paper proposed the selected topic, and elaborated the research results of the tourism industry cluster comprehensively, pointed out the question to study, and elaborated the research significance, the research technique, the main instruction theory as well as the technical route. Secondly, the paper studied and discussed the tourism industry cluster and the county economy, unified the tourism cluster phenomenon and county territory economic development. Tourism industry cluster impels country economic development. Thirdly,it studies the types of tourism industry development Forthly,the paper takes the Xin'an country Henan Province as example, studies the type of non-cluster of tourism in country economy,then the takes the Xiuwu country Henan Province as example, studies the type of tourism cluster in country economy.
