It is a key content in enterprise's management and administration to deal in performance examination, different enterprises have different management environment, key ability, institutional framework, business procedure and corporate culture, there are greater differences in personnel's quality, management idea and way, performance management with situation quality that suit of enterprise determine performance validity of management directly.GJ group company every reform goes on steadily, has got new development in all fields. Because of company being a traditional state-owned enterprise, the performance appraisal system of the company is influenced by management system of the traditional state-run system and deep-rooted, the whole examination system lags behind relatively, today, the company developed day by day, the examination system become, hinder bottleneck that Company develop from undoubtedly.The research approach that this text has mainly adopted the real example and analyzed, combine theory and reality together. The research contents herein mainly include:First, The performance examination theory and method survey inside enterprises; Introduce the intension of performance examination and three kinds of common theories, draw intension and characteristic of equilibrating the score card, and compare with balanced score card to the traditional performance examination method. Second, GJ group company deals in the performance examination current situation and existing problem; Introduce current system to assess and characteristic of GJ group, carry on detailed analysis on the question that it exists. Tird, Introduce domestic of the same trade group company use equilibrium score card carry on background, current situation and demonstration that uses of performance examination analyze. Forth, The management performance examination system based on GJ group company of the balanced score card is designed, including designing the principle, running environment, thinking and basic frame in system, the relation between analyzing on the demonstration of the card index of balanced score, each aspect of strategic map has been analyzed, obtain the rationality based on card performance examination of balanced score.The main research conclusion herein:First, must be combined with the strategy of enterprises together as the performance examination system of the group company, must accord with strategical planning of company, enthusiasm to stimulate company, GJ group company examination system turn on, come on isolatedly the two originally, cause the strategy of the company not to carry out strongly. Second, combine GJ group company and examine the current situation, it accords with the performance examination models of the company to design one to be based on balanced score card. In the system design of performance examination, in view of preconditions such as basic thinking, strategic frame, basic principle of performance examination,etc.,and carry on reason analysis before and after setting up on the index. Third, because the domestic and foreign environments of enterprises are changing constantly, the performance examination system of GJ group company wants the change with the surrounding environment to make dynamic adjustment, can't think the performance examination system was once and for all, in changing constantly in nowadays enterprises, institutional framework and operating mechanism of enterprise it wants to be thereupon change, performance examination only by adjusting constantly can it adapt to change development of enterprise. Meanwhile, it must be omni-directional, not some modification of part that should pay attention to the adjustment of performance examination, increase new content constantly, let, organize environment changed to adapt to.
