The achievements inspection as the core content of the human resources management, has become the focal point that the enterprise superintendents should pays attention. But so few enterprises were satisfied to their achievements inspection ,there are some questions existing in the system of achievements inspection, it lacks the scientific and democratic nature . Therefore, these enterprises are need to establish and actualize the effective and scientific achievements inspection system urgently to promote the core competitive ability .It explains the domestic and international performance assess's theory method , and detailed analysis the presence of Company performance assess of Nanjing HG,existing problem and difficult point on this basis first. Then use the performance examination theory method described above , confirm the overall thinking of examining conceptual design of the performance of Nanjing HG Company: Based on card thought of balanced score, decompose and develop the key performance index (KPI ), use the principles and methods of the management by objectives (MBO ) and balanced score card (BSC ) synthetically, combine the management strategy of Nanjing HG Company and operations objective of the production, design Company performance examination scheme of Nanjing HG, use abstract method of mathematical model construct company general model of performance examine.The main content of this thesis is divided into five chapters altogether: Chapter one introduction, by background introduction of the Company , put forward to the purpose and meaning studied , and the thinking of research and research approach of this work. Chapter two theory foreshadowing of thesis, explain useful domestic and international performance examination theory method in detail. Chapter three according to the theory described above, detailed analysis the current situation of performance examination of HG Nanjing.
