| Dairy industry is a mainstay industry in Heilongjiang province, and the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province has an important place in the development of nationwide dairy industry. For the past few years, based on location advantages, resource advantages, research advantages and policy advantages of the development of dairy industry cluster, the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province has been developing rapidly. There has already assembled many famous dairy processors at home and abroad in Heilongjiang province. Under the guidance of some famous dairy processors at home and abroad such as Quechao, Guangming, Yili , Mengniu and so on, and some leading enterprises within Heilongjiang province like Wandashan, Longdan, Jinxing, Hongxing and so on, each enterprise constructed production bases within the limits of the whole province, and drove the development of other related industries such as dairy cow breeding industry, feed processing industry, products packing industry, transportation industry and so on. With constant optimization of organization structure and integrity of market grid, Heilongjiang province has already stepped on the development road of dairy industry cluster.But being provided with comparative advantages of industrial chain and being faced with upstanding development opportunity, there also existed many conditional factors including low division of labor based on specialization, clearance leakage of Industrial Chain connection and so on in the development of the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province. As a burgeoning industrial cluster, it has not formed a coordinate and innovative well run mechanism, and has been lacking Innovative mechanisms to midwives rising enterprises. Connections between enterprises were untight, and they could not combine to response rapidly changing dynamic environment of competition. Especially that the production fund of dairy processors is insufficiency, the equipment manufacture technologies and the process technologies are backward, and that the inner quality of scientific researchers and the technological element of dairy products are low. These factors restricted products'international competitiveness and limited the development of the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province.According to the theory of industrial cluster and the theory of industrial organization, the author researched on the dairy industry constellation effect in Heilongjiang province. As one of the biggest dairy production bases in china, Heilongjiang province has already formed the dairy industry cluster. But in the development of regional cluster, as industrial cluster bringing the positive effect into play, its negative effect can also not be ignored. Not only can it cause problems of intensifying competition because of excessive concentration, but also it may cause negative effects such as inertia of technical innovation, asset specificity, strategy convergence of the industrial value chain and so on. Industrial cluster may cause negative effects on every stage of cluster's development. Therefore, researching on dairy industry constellation effect in Heilongjiang province could solve the existing problems scientifically, systemically and effectively in the development of the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province, and propose measures for the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province to develop healthily.Adopting methods of empirical analysis connected with normative analysis, qualitative analysis connected with quantitative analysis, typical investigation, comparative analysis and model analysis, and starting from the status of development of dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province, the degree of dairy industry cluster and the dairy industrial trunking efficiency in Heilongjiang province, the author analyzed on dairy industry constellation effect in Heilongjiang province. The author mainly proceeded with two aspects:The first aspect is the theory part. In this part, the author elaborated the research backgrounds, goals and significances, and introduced to the related theories and concepts. This part were made up of chapter one and chapter two.The second aspect is the practice part. By collecting data and going into dairy processors in Heilongjiang province, the author learned about the status of development of dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province, analyzed on the degree of dairy industry cluster, the dairy industrial trunking efficiency and the dairy industry constellation effect in Heilongjiang province, pointed out problems existing in the development of the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province, and finally proposed measures for the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province to develop healthily. This part were made up of chapter three, chapter four, chapter five, chapter six, chapter seven and chapter eight.Through this research, the author estimated the degree of dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province for the first time on the basis of synthesizing all kinds of methods for the degree of industry cluster, and reflected the values and the influences of this regional Industrial Organization form. The author systemically proposed the positive effects and the negative effects of the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province for the first time, and put DEA operational research model into use for the measurement of dairy industrial trunking efficiency for the first time. On theoretic point of view, there had no documents at home which used the theory of industrial cluster directly to research on problems of dairy industry constellation effect so far. Taking the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province as research object was an extension to the research area of the theory of industrial cluster, and it was also an extension to the application area of DEA operational research model at the same time. On practical point of view, through analyzing on the degree of dairy industry cluster, the dairy industrial trunking efficiency, the positive and negative effects of dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province, and adopting appropriate measures on account of the existing problems in the development of the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province, this paper will play a cautional and introductory role in the development of the dairy industry cluster in Heilongjiang province. |
