With the rapid development of modern information technology, network and computer technology, e-commerce business has been playing an increasingly important role, e-business developed fast in recent years, it is the flexibility of its business model , and consumer demand for personalized rapid response, has won wide attention from consumers and businesses. But the cost advantage of e-commerce business establishment and successful operation of the key still lies in the efficient operation of the logistics. Since the late start of Logistics practice, the differences in regional development of large, totally learning from foreign logistics and distribution models and experience, in our difficult to obtain satisfactory results, Therefore, combined with China's regional circumstances, to business and logistics regionalization of trends are becoming evident.This thesis tries on the path of regional e-commerce logistics optimization, reducing logistics costs and improves the efficiency of logistics and distribution, to ensure the smooth progress of the regional e-commerce and efficient completion. This thesis first regional e-commerce and logistics overview of the characteristics of the traditional logistics and e-commerce logistics and distribution were compared in the solution of regional e-commerce logistics distribution and several options, and then according to the Electronic Commerce the characteristics of logistics distribution for the establishment of a regional e-commerce logistics route optimization model, and finally an e-commerce enterprises in Wuhan as an example, by the Way through the matlab programming, namely the use of scanning, saving, hybrid genetic algorithm, adaptive genetic algorithm , standard genetic algorithm optimization model of path analysis and calculation, Comparison of computation results compared and analyzed and the optimal solution of example, to elect the best way to solve such problems.
