Qingdao City Competitiveness Of Sme Clusters

Since the reform and opening up, small and medium enterprises(SMEs) with their vitality and development potential of deep are vigorous developing in all regions, and in the national economy status they have highlighted as a major force of economic growth. But at the same time, there still have problems in financing and anti-risk ability.In this context, the cluster development of SMEs has become bigger and stronger choice for SMEs. In particular, since the late 20th century, SMEscluster has promoted regional development and enhance their political economic position and has played a pivotal role. Qingdao, as the leader city in Shandong Peninsula, already has 20-30 years of development history in the SME cluster development, it also has some problems to urgently await to promote in its developing process. Therefore, a study on the competitiveness of SME clusters of Qingdao will guide the regional economic development and increase regional competitiveness, it has a strong practical theoretical significance.Based on the SMEs, SME clusters, the competitiveness of SME clusters theoretical concepts, the article summed up the role of SME clusters and the cole elements of affecting the competitiveness of SME clusters. After review home and abroad literature about Competitiveness clusters literature evaluation index system, the article proposes a new evaluation index system of competitiveness of SME clusters. During research and analysis of the home and abroad typical implementation mode of competitiveness of SME clusters, the article pointed out the development of SME clusters common problems of China, and propose an effective way to improve the competitiveness of SME clusters. The development of SME clusters in Qingdao this article uses the cluster analysis, Analytic hierarchy process (ahp) conducted separately from the qualitative and quantitative aspects of discourse analysis, pointed out that the SME Clusters in Qingdao characteristics and problems, and then targeted from the government, regional, cluster, enterprise four point put forward the countermeasure proposal and it provides a new way of thinking about the development of SME clusters.
