Due to the accelerated pace of economic globalization, enterprises are facing more fierce competition:Enterprises seek the technology, talent, resources.sales space within the range of international market for their own survival and development; In addition, because of the opening degree of the market gradually deepened and increased international trade and investment, many enterprises even did not go out of the country, but they still suffer from many foreign competitors. Enterprises must have enough strength in international competition so that they can achieve their sustainable development. The small and medium-sized enterprises are the most flexible, and they play an irreplaceable role in economic growth, employment. technological innovation.Particularly in Zhejiang Province, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises is more than3.3million. accounted for more than99%of the total number of enterprises. And they provide18million jobs. With the accelerated pace of economic globalization, the small and medium-sized enterprises has become the "going out" hero. In this case, the small and medium-sized enterprises’ international business become possible and necessary. How to adapt to the trend of globalization, actively participate in international competition and improve the ability of international business is the problem that the small and medium-sized enterprises in Zhejiang Province need to solve.Because of the difference in system environment, the regulator and market maturity, some developed countries’measures can’t be completely applicable to these enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Based on the analysis of small and medium-sized micro enterprise present situation, then use three indicators to analysis the international competition and establish the evaluation system through12indicators and calculate the proportion factors. Based on the analysis of previous, we can put forward the countermeasures of promoting the international competitiveness of small and medium-sized in Zhejiang Province.
