Electric power is the important motive force of modern society. With the economy and people living standard increasing,the demand of electric power is also increasing. The electric network can't fulfill the need of load's going up.In order to guaranteeing the national economy and people living shandard developing in the future,except for power plants should be built and rebuilt,the plan and construction of the power netwok is more and more important.Because construction of power network involved large amount of investment,the wrong desion not only affect the safe of the power netwok,but also result in huge economic loss. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the power system planning.The network planning should be a forward looking planning, In order to guide the development of network. The task of this paper is based on the economic and society development trend. Then forecasts the local power market development scientifically and rationally. In accordance with the present condition and the key question of the network, analyzed the requirement of power transformation about 500kV and 220kV, so decided the main-supply point. According to the perspective development of network, on one hand to ensure the power supply capacity, on the other hand to control the short-circuit current level, It advanced a project that dividing the power system of hefei into stand-alone south aera and stand-alone north aera on 2015. Each area shoud be unlinked on normal mode,and should be linked on accident mode through link line. It was from detailed computational analysis that obtain the planning. It has important directive significance to hefei network in the future.
