Study Of Influencing Factors To Partner Selection For Trustee-trader

The competition of the market between enterprises had evolved to the whole supply chain has become increasingly fierce since 21st century. As a special role in supply chain,the range of middlemen has become legion met the strict separation of functions requirements. The study of trustee-trader——one of middlemen always focus on its definition legally. As part of its function,the course of events is a complex process. Because the trustee-trader gives full play to its advantages in terms of purchasing specialty so as to reduce its cost and satisfy customers fully for increasing customer satisfaction degree. But the self-interest to maximize is paramount for trustee-trader,of course. Now, there are few references can be found about how to work,not to mention influence factor of intent purchase for trustee-trader.This paper is review of studies on partner selection in supply chain and introduces a model building to analyze the principal factors affecting intent purchase and actual selection for trustee-trader by the multiple case. Based on Transaction Costs Theory, Resources-Based Theory and Principal-Agent Theory as the theoretical bases, the paper analyzes the date from effective questionnaire for testing and modifying the effectiveness of this model.In the paper, valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0 as analysis tools to get such as reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The major findings indicate: 1: The principal factors affecting intent purchase include total cost of purchase, service level, fellowship. 2: The principal factors affecting actual selection include intent purchase, integrity-related competency of partners. 3: Collaboration has no more distinct effect on intent purchase and actual selection.To explore the frontier about how to choose supply cooperates for trustee-trader, will not only have more practical significance, but stronger academic importance.
