Research And Application Of Supply Chain Risk Management In DFAC

There are some risks of vulnerability and instability in many enterprises supply chain. A small risk may give a huge blow to the supply chain, even destroy the whole supply chain, and then bring about an immeasurable loss. While some risk could adopt a measure to prevent.Therefore, it is paid more and more attention to business and theoretical circles that strengthening research and controlling for supply chain risks.This paper studies risk management system of manufacturing supply chain. It takes DongFeng Automobile Company Limited (DFAC) for research object, establishes enterprise supply chain risk evaluation system, and proposes the basic ideas and specific measures for DFAC supply chain risks management.In this article, it is discussed that the domestic and international current research situation of Supply Chain Risk Management. It makes a brief description of the risk management the basic concepts of supply chain management and the basic theory of supply chain risk management. Some viewpoints are put forward that, enterprises could reduce the overall supply chain vulnerability through collaboration among the members of the supply chain, identifying and managing internal risks and external risks of supply chain. In the base of analysis of DFAC the status and main problems of the supply chain risk management, it analyzes risk factors that exist in the supply chain of DFAC from the point of automobile business process, and sets up enterprise supply chain risk assessment model. And then evaluates DFAC supply chain risk and reaches relevant conclusions by the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, in connection with reality of the DFAC, it proposes the basic ideas and relevant measures of supply chain risk management, points out that enterprise should carry out measures to prevent and guard against risks to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises from four process stages of planning, development, production and marketing.
