Along with the direction of dynamic and globalization competition, the supply chain management gets the advantage place in the enterprise and the academic field because of its capacity of response of customers'demands, flexibility and low costing. Currently, the differentiates of the products and technology used by different enterprises in the same lines become more and more minor, the competition is not only among the isolate businesses, but the whole supply chain. Modern supply chains are very complex, with many parallel physical and information flows occurring in order to ensure that products are delivered in the right quantities, to the right place in a cost-effective manner. Due to the complexity of the supply chain, there is big risk exist potentially. The supply chain enterprises are interdependent, and must work in coordination. Any problem that occurred in any link would influence the entire supply chain. Under the quick development of supply chain management theories environment, the risk management and prevention of supply chain becomes a more important topic. The risk management and the decision in supply chain management is a hard but unavoidable problem for all enterprises in the supply chain network. From certain extent, the supply chain success depends on the acknowledgement of the risk.Follow the process of supply chain risk management steps, the thesis focus on M group Asia-pacific zone supply chain, to identifies the risks with the experiential method, measures the risks identified with experts ranking method, manages the risks with quantitative and qualitative methods, and gives an effective and operable plan with systematic supply chain risk management solutions.
