Study On Coastal Counties' Economic Comprehensive Competitiveness In Shandong Province

Coastal county is an important foundation and support to the development of counties'economy in Shandong Province. The development and expansion of coastal counties'economy will not only stimulate the healthy and rapid development of the Shandong counties'economy, but also have an important role in promoting the social and political stability, the settlement of the issues concerning"the practical agriculture, countryside and farmers", the fulfillment of developing the well-off society and the overall urban and rural. Therefore, to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of counties'economy becomes particularly important as the principal means for the development and growth of counties'economy.As a special geographical unit, the coastal county has the location advantages and resource advantages that can not be copied. Since the reform and opening up, the coastal counties'economic has developed constantly and become more important in the counties'economy in Shandong Province. It has made a major contribution for the sustained,healthy and stable development of the province's county economy. However, the coastal counties'economy in Shandong Province has reached a"bottleneck"stage of the development and has a big problem. So researching and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of the coastal counties'economy become an important prerequisite that promotes sustained growth of the coastal counties'economy.Using 19 coastal counties of Shandong province as regional units of the study, using location theory, comparative advantage theory, theory of competitive advantage, sustainable development theory as theoretical support, according to the statistical analysis of regional economy development, using theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, comparative analysis and systems analysis, multi-index analysis and single indicator analysis as research methods, firstly outlines the background, significance, the state at home and abroad and the related theoretical basis of counties'economy; Second, the article analyzes the comprehensive competitiveness factors of the coastal counties'economy in Shandong Province, and sum up the development status, development stage and structure characteristics of the coastal counties'economy by anglicizing natural resources, geographic conditions, social environment and economic strength, and clarify the importance of the factors of the coastal counties'economy by anglicizing the factors; Finally, there is the focus of the article. This article obtained he main problems of coastal counties'economic by comparing and analyzing coastal counties'economic comprehensive competitiveness through different perspectives in Shandong Province. And on this basis, this article proposes optimization proposal from strengthening government capacity, improving the social environment development of coastal county, paying attention to the coastal zone advantages, developing oceanic economy, implementing talents strategy, optimizing the structure and so on, and create a favorable internal and external conditions for strengthening coastal counties'economic comprehensive competitiveness and maintaining sustainable economic development of coastal county.
